In a recent Opinion, the PA Superior Court affirmed the trial court's order dismissing all criminal charges. The defendant, a tractor trailer driver was operating his vehicle when it left the roadway, ... crossed the grass median and crashed into another truck and a bus filled with tourists. There were three fatalities and many people were seriously injured. Wyatt was charged with manslaughter, aggravated assault and numerous other charges.
