Interstate Child Custody Parental Kidnapping

Contacted by a client who was no longer able to contact his child's mother. She had previously indicated that she might move, but had not set a date. Instead, she left town without anyone knowing and ... moved to another state in violation of the parties' court order. After some minor setbacks we were able to coordinate with a private investigator to locate the child and work with out-of-state police agencies to coordinate the return of the child.
