I represented the Wife, the homemaker and stay at home mom, and the Husband through through three years of litigation and who providing little to no documentation of his income and assets (which the co ... urt found he had funneled through third parties to conceal it from my client - the court called him "untruthful") and after chasing every lead, document, and witness, I obtained for my client an unequal distribution of the marital assets. After attorney's fees are paid, the Husband was was left with approximately less than 10% of the marital assets. In a normal divorce, it would have been a 50/50 split.
