Department of Human Services, Child Welfare entered a Founded disposition for physical abuse and as a result ... his client lost her job as a beloved caretaker of elderly clients. Jesse Lohrke sued the Department of Human Services for failure to perform a sufficient investigation. His case was successful. The court ruled that the Department of Human Services failed to conduct a reasonably sufficient investigation and awarded attorney fees to pay his client's legal expenses. His client was able to return to work.
