Client was charged with two counts of assault in the fourth degree after being involved in an altercation after leaving a bar in Leavenworth. Unfortunately, my client came out of the fight with signifi ... cantly less injuries than the "victims." The prosecutor refused to acknowledge our account of what happened and forced us into a two day trial. I was able to show that just because you win a fight does not mean you are guilty. Thankfully, the jury agreed that we are still entitled to defend ourselves. Not guilty on all charges.

Police pulled over a suspect for a traffic infraction. Upon approaching the car, the suspect fled on foot and was never found. My client, the son of the registered owner of the vehicle, had a suspended ... license in the first degree and was cited, via mail, for driving while suspended in the first degree and obstruction of a police officer in the performance of their official duties. Arresting officer claimed to have seen my client's face and compared it to a booking photo. After one day in trial we were able to obtain a not guilty verdict on both charges.
