Curtis helped my husband and I craft living wills and last will and testaments, as well as power of attorney. During our first consultation, he listened to what we wanted and then clearly and carefully explained how we could achieve those plans. When I wanted to make some changes, he was more than ha...ppy to do that. We signed our wills at our second meeting, and Curtis made sure to go back over everything we discussed. Mr. Smallwood did an excellent job of settling my sisters guardianship and medicaid claim with the nursing home which she is currently a resident. The nursing home was filing suite against me for payment of her account because her medicaid and SSI and been revoked. Mr. Smallwood advised me that a g...uardian is not personally or financially responsible for payment. He took care of everything and took a heavy burden off of my shoulders. Mr. Smallwood helped assist my family after the passing of a family member in regards to the Will and Estate.
