Client, a Legal Permanent Resident of 20 years, was in removal proceedings for having been convicted of several aggravated felonies. His family had gone to many of the big name law firms in Dallas but ... were turned down and told there was no chance of him staying in the United States. We took the case and fought hard! Our work paid off when the IJ granted our client's 212(h) waiver and allowed our client to remain in the United States with his family.
