OUTCOME: The District Court of Appeal, Evander, J., held that trial court could not enter default against mortgagors, where their answer was filed before the trial court entered default. Reversed and remanded.

Mortgagee brought mortgage foreclosure action against mortgagors. After entry of default, and of default final judgment of foreclosure, the Circuit Court, Osceola County, Robert J. Pleus, Jr., Senior J ... udge, denied mortgagors' motion to cancel sale and motion for relief from default and default judgment. Mortgagors appealed.
