Client was unjustly arrested due to false allegations by a neighbor regarding a weapon. As a result, as his weapons were confiscated by the police and their attorney refused to consent to their return. ... After providing them with the relevant evidence of his innocence, the weapons were returned to my client without the need of a hearing.
