OUTCOME: Favorable to my client, costs kept at a minimum vs. court litigation

Client was trustee of a trust and had a long-term disagreement with sister about the legality of a handwritten document that changed the distribution from their mother's trust in favor of my client. W ... e were successful in resolving the case on behalf of all parties through mediation, and no court case was filed, with my client retaining a large percentage of the distributions from the handwritten document.
