I am a seasoned civil litigator with over a decade of experience obtained through my employment with a variety of legal aid organizations in both Kentucky and Nevada. I have developed over the years a comprehensive approach to deal with my client's debt problems. I have been a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates since 2009, and I regularly attend the Consumer Rights Litiation Conference put on by the National Consumer Law Center. I am well versed in what your rights are as a consumer, and how I can help you defend and protect those rights.
