Incorporation and drafting of bylaws for a technology startup developing a mobile app. A founder engaged my services to advise on the best options for structuring with a future round of venture funding ... in mind. There were several specialized contingencies we worked out by adapting the bylaws to anticipate them before they happened. The company had several founders, some of whom were not US citizens, and the project involved structuring the bylaws and stock distributions to meet immigration needs, as well.
