OUTCOME: Case Dismissed

Client was arrested for DUI after he was detained for revving his engine and scaring some pedestrians. Despite the fact the client refused to do any field sobriety tests nor breath tests, the prosecuto ... r refused to negotiate a lower charge and the case proceeded to trial. At the completion of the trial the jury could not reach a verdict and the case was dismissed
