My services range from pre-litigation business and transactional planning through to a wide range and types of litigation: business, contract, foreclosure, and personal injury. While reaching a satisfactory settlement maximizes results for clients, one must practice each matter with an eye to trying the case.

Adoption is the most blessed types of family law in which a family lawyer takes part. Whether it is an international, local, state agency or relative adoption, I am grateful for every family I help birth. The laws and proceedings are very exacting and I personally invest the time to make sure each adoption goes smoothly. My practice extends into assisting in the termination of parental rights litigation as well as the actual adoption.

Child custody, timeshare and child support all arise outside of divorce and separation, but the parents are entitled to the same protections of the court as in a divorce situation. I strive for effective representation which seeks reasonable resoultions rather than increased antagonism. Children need parents who can co-parent and how the litigation is handled sets the stage for co-parenting well. My practice extends into child abuse and neglect proceedings as well as grandparent rights.
