About Timothy
Biography
Not long after receiving his law degree from the University of Kentucky, Wilson became the senior and managing partner of Wilson & McQueen, PLLC, a firm he helped create in 1987. Since then, Wilson has focused his career on helping clients with workers' compensation claims. He has even assisted in writing proposed legislative and administrative regulations and has participated in numerous seminars as well. As Wilson approaches his 30th year of practice, he has litigated over 3,500 cases through the Kentucky Workers' Compensation systems as well as many appeals through the Kentucky Court of Appeals and the Kentucky Supreme Court.
