Biography
Theresa C. Gilbert has been one of the partners at Gilbert Law Group PLLC since 1998. Her primary areas of practice include workers’ compensation, personal injury, and social security. She’s a graduate of the University of Kentucky in Lexington as well as the University of Kentucky College of Law. She’s the co-author of “The Write Design” and also was a legal writing instructor at the University of Kentucky Law from 1991—1998. She was the president of the Fayette County Bar Association from 2005-2006. She began her career at this law firm in 1988 as a law clerk, when they were known as Denney, Morgan and Rather Law Firm. She strives to be compassionate to her clients and offers one-on-one attention to every case she handles.
