The $30,000 provision is not likely enforceable so you could probably find new employment without paying it and report employer for wage and hour...
Can i still apply for asylum without having any type of ID ?

Yes, you can apply and do biometrics without photo ID but USCIS must still verify your identity as part of the asylum process.

If person has never worked, I normally put the 18th birthday as the date unemployment began. The date will not have any real impact on the filing.
