Tyler Stewart is a Kentucky native. Prior to joining Hare Wynn, he served as an assistant attorney general in the Consumer Protection department of the Kentucky Office of the Attorney General. During that time, he represented State Attorneys General at the 2015 U.S. Department of Education Negotiated Rulemaking Session where the committee was successful in negotiating new, more affordable repayment options for student loan borrowers. He was additionally responsible for negotiating numerous new borrower protections for our armed service members.
Tyler has successfully pursued and defended numerous claims on behalf of consumers and clients involving nursing home abuse and neglect, bad faith behavior by insurers, car wrecks, truck wrecks, slip and falls, products liability, construction defects, medical negligence, violations of the Kentucky Consumer Practice Act, and a variety of other personal injury and consumer fraud cases. Tyler has handled cases across the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and he has traveled across the country to properly advocate for his clients’ interests.
