Tyler Shae Mastin

Tyler S. Mastin is a talented and passionate nursing home abuse attorney, serving clients across Kentucky from Garcia & Artigliere’s offices in Lexington. He focuses his practice on helping individuals and families who have suffered harm as a result of nursing home abuse, elder neglect, and other forms of wrongdoing that affect Kentucky’s senior population. Mastin earned his bachelor’s degree from Transylvania University in 2013 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2016. While in law school, he gained valuable experience interning for the Fayette County Attorney’s Office, working for Child Advocacy Today at the University of Kentucky Children’s Hospital, and completing a judicial externship for the Honorable James D. Ishmael at the Fayette Circuit Court, Division Three. Mastin is committed to excellence in every case he handles.
