In my efforts to protect the rights of consumers, I have successfully represented disenfranchised consumers against corporate wrongdoers in elder/nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, trucking accidents, wrongful death and product liability cases. I have served as counsel in numerous class actions against such Goliaths as Allstate Insurance Co., Tenet Healthcare, Medtronics, Beverly Enterprises, Countrywide Home Loans, Sony, Sun Healthcare Corp. and other corporations that put profits before people. Additionally, I have served as lead counsel in more than 2,500 elder and/or dependent adult abuse cases.
