I hired him to fight a case against illegal eviction. I paid him to go through the whole process. I didn’t actually need him at the eviction hearing because it was a win win. I went ahead and paid him to be there just so he can be there through the whole thing. He said he would file the papers to ge...t my money back for the deposit, the rent and the stuff they illegally threw away. I have been waiting for a while kept checking in. Then I started to not get a response. He strung me along for a year. No reason given other than he was sick. I would have hired another lawyer if I would have known this and not wasted my money having him at a hearing I didn’t really need. My suggestion don’t waste your time with this one.
