As a litigator with McBrayer, I serve insurance,healthcare, banking and general business clients. I help them resolve a wide range of disputes, including tort liability; lender liability; complex business disputes; breach of contract; shareholder/member disputes; breach of fiduciary duty; breach of non-compete agreement; insurance coverage disputes; slander and libel.  

When clients come to me for help resolving a dispute, I take into account several factors when devising their strategy, including their budget, business objectives, what’s at stake and their willingness to litigate. 

Clients appreciate that they can always get a hold of me and that I am sensitive to the challenges facing the first-time litigant and the most experienced in-house counsel. 

I have extensive experience in state courts throughout the Commonwealth, the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, the Kentucky Court of Appeals, the Kentucky Supreme Court as well as litigations on the national level.

EXTENSIVE BUSINESS EXPERIENCE & TIES TO COMMUNITY

Prior to joining McBrayer’s Lexington office I spent over 10 years as a business owner. During this time, I gained invaluable knowledge of the local business community and a deep understanding of the legal needs of the Kentucky business owner. I have deep roots in both Lexington and Eastern Kentucky. These deep roots and love of community are something I share with everyone at McBrayer.
