Biography
Mr. Beard grew up in Kentucky and later made Lexington his permanent home after completing his law degree at the University of Kentucky College of Law. He lives there with his wife and their three children. Outside of his legal work, he enjoys family time, golfing, and bowling.
He is an active member of Center Point Church in Lexington, where he serves as a Small Group Leader, and he is also a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels.
In 2007, Dustin C. Beard graduated summa cum laude from Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Kentucky, earning multiple distinctions, including the President’s Award as the top graduate in his class. He continued his strong academic performance at the University of Kentucky College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2010 and graduating in the top 25% of his class.
