Mr. O'Toole is outstanding in his knowledge of Kentucky tenant/landlord law. He effectively explained our options during our initial consultation. He presented our options in a manner that allowed us to make an informed decision of how to proceed. He stated his fees - which we found quite reasonabl...e considering our possible financial loss had he not intervened. He completed a successful negotiation with a landlord that we could not have done on our own. If we ever require this type of service again, we would hire him before anyone else.
