Relocation/choice of school case. Father wanted to send child to out of state boarding school. Mother objected. I appealed court's ruling which allowed father's request contending that the court did no ... t take into account the loss of parenting time that mother would suffer by having her son attend an out-of-state boarding school.Court reversed the trial court's decision in our favor holding that the trial court failed to consider the child's interest in having"substantial frequent, meaningful and continuing parenting time" with his mother. Case was sent back to the trial court.
