Great personal injury lawyers

Isaacs & Isaacs Law Office in Louisville after a car accident. I was badly injured when a cement truck slammed into the back of my car at a red light. My car was destroyed, and I've been struggling with my injuries ever since, It was a really miserable time in my life, and I was worried about my car ...and paying for my medical treatment and physical therapy. Nobody else in my family had been in a situation like mine in the past, so nobody had any advice for me. When I reached out to Isaacs & Isaacs, they were not only professional and took on my case right away, but they were also empathetic and went far above and beyond the call of duty for me. They advised me of everything I needed to know; how to deal with insurance, what NOT to do to when the other party tried to discredit my case, and they helped to make me more confident in dealing with everything that was going on, I've heard of accident cases like mine dragging on for years, but thankfully, we were able to reach a resolution in a few months. My attorney stayed on the case and never made me feel like it had been abandoned or as though I was on my own. He pushed to ensure that I got the financial compensation that was fair, and things did end favorably for me. I was really pleased with the level of professionalism, experience, and dedication that I saw from this law firm.

Very bad law firm

Very bad experience, very hard to contact the attorney he never fought back up with me I had to do my own footwork and gather most the information myself from hospitals and doctors every time I called John Hester of Darryl Isaac's Law Firm he was always too busy probably from case overload because ev...ery time I talk to him went to his voicemail which he never returned he never got certified letters that I sent to him he said he could never contact the agent for the other person's insurance company I could within 15 minutes I believe Darryl Isaac's Law Firm takes on too many cases causing case overload that's why they can't properly handle cases I was rear-ended while sitting at a stoplight in Lexington Kentucky after 19 months he decided to quit the case out of the blue because I asked where have you been vacationing in Fiji I guess I called him on a bad day and that statement pissed him off

Big Mistake... run if you can

I wish I could write a good review. I hope after what I experienced with this firm I'll never be in another accident. I had to be the one collecting most of my paperwork and send it in. I was invovled in and accident in Jan of 2014 I hired Isaacs and Isaacs and first started with a wonderful case ma...nager but she was eventually traded for a Kim and Ashely and it was the worst. They never called or emailed me to keep me informed. It was I who had to check and make sure they were even still working on my case. I only received 25,000 from the other drivers insurance company who was at fault Bc the defendant was on the phone. But most of the settlement went toward hospital bills and attorney fees. I had to pay for weeks on my rental and was never refunded for that. When they went to go after my own insurance State Farm for my UIM claim I was only awarded 1,500 from that and the lawyers got 500 of that back in January of 2016. I wasn't rushing the case but it seemed like me the innocent one suffered the most because they refused to want to fight. Kim said she had been doing this for 20 plus years and she recommend I settle which I did. Obviously they were too focused on Darryls multi million dollar suit they forgot about the little guys. Because somewhere along the line they looked over my MRI stating I had spinal stenosis due from the accident and now here I am about to have back surgery because I've gotten to the point I can't stand or sit. So that's Money out of my pocket and more time off work. I wish they would've fought or acted like they cared enough to want to win more. I'm not Greedy and never been in the situation but I wish I could find a good lawyer who could sue another law firm because of negligence in a case. Thanks a lot for nothing 27 years old and there goes my nursing career. This isn't slander or libel it's fact from experience
