WARNING, PLEASE, PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ!!!! This attorneys office and my attorney at the time, (Bob L. Catlett Jr.), took alittle over $1,300.00 from me and didn't even have the decency to show up to my last court hearing which caused the judge to dismiss my case and rule in the other partie...s favor. By him not showing up cost me the case and THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! PLEASE CONTINUE READING. I paid Bob Catlett and this office, over $1,300.00, (which I didn't have at the time and was really hard for me to come up with), and this man didn't even have the decency to show up to my last court hearing in front of the judge. Not because something serious had came up, NO, because he said, "he wouldn't make anymore money off the case". I had already paid him for service's and to represent me though. To get me from point A to point B. Which he did not do! I even had to call him over and over to make sure he was going to be at my last court hearing, when I FINALLY got through to him, he literally said to me, "Sorry but you're on your own. If I do anymore work on this case I won't get paid anymore money so you're on your own. I have a new client in my office so I have to let you go", then he hung up on me! Now I'm having to file bankruptcy, I'm lossing my house, I've lost all my money, my credit and everything I ever worked so hard for over the years because of this man and this law office. It even brought me close to suicide at one point. Hands down, worst mistake and decision I ever made in my life using this attorneys office and lawyer, (Bob L. Catlett Jr.). If I could give them negative stars I would. Bob Catlett Jr. not only took my money and didn't show up to my last court hearing which caused the judge to rule in favor of the other party and dismiss my entire case because I had no one there to represent me, (even though I had already paid him), but he was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional during the whole process to the point I finally had to say something to him about it. He should be ashamed of himself for the way he did me by not showing up and the way he treated me during the whole process and I'm sure other people along the way. I hope one day he looks back and realizes how he treated people and all he costed people and their families by his actions over the years. If you have read this and are thinking about an attorney, I hope you NEVER, EVER use this attorneys office and especially attorney BOB CATLETT JR. or you may end up like me, moneyless, homeless, sad and depressed!
