Yes, if you leave the halfway house you will be in violation of your probation/parole and can be charged,

I agree. If the warrant was originally issued within a year of the offense, then it is valid.

The best way to avoid going to jail is to stop driving when your license is revoked. As for the current problem, hire an attorney.
