You want to plead not guilty and work with a paid or appointed attorney to see what can be done with the charges. Do not go to court and plead guilty.

I agree. The charges need to be filled within a year. Hire a lawyer to see if the charges were timely filed and defend the charges.

I agree. His attorney can move to have his court date redocketed and ask the court to order that he be brought to Kenton County for court.
