Since you had a lawyer you need to talk to your lawyer to see what the judge might accept.

I agree with Larry. You need to hire a criminal defense attorney. You could get probation or you could spend 5 years in prison.

I agree. Your case needs to be dismissed and you can petition to have it expunged 60 days later.

I agree. That is usually what is shown when you violate probation on a misdemeanor offense. He needs an attorney to appear for his revocation hearing.
