Ms. Blackwell has counseled real estate developers and investors, regarding the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of commercial projects which include medical, retail, manufacturing, industrial, student housing and office space. She has also counseled business clients in the commercial finance industry, including banks, financial institutions, and borrowers, in matters involving term loans, revolving lines of credit, acquisition financing, construction loans, syndicated loans, asset based loans, mezzanine financing, refinancing, recapitalization and other debt and equity financial arrangements. Ms. Blackwell has previously represented buyers and sellers in secondary debt trading transactions.  Ms. Blackwell has also counseled business owners regarding the acquisition and disposition of businesses and general corporate matters.
