The most glaring deficiency in Mr McClain is his extremely poor communication skills. He is SLOW to return texts and phone calls, sometimes more than 2 weeks, he does not communicate that he is going to be out of reach (or so he expresses) because of frequent trips to his other home and office in Flo...rida, and when meeting person to person he is so distracted, getting off topic and making comments that in no way apply to the needs at hand. I also doubt how much he really knows about immigration law even though he declares himself an Immigration lawyer. He often says things like, "Well, I think so." and "I'm not really sure about that." One would hope that a lawyer representing a person on something as serious as an immigration case would actually KNOW the laws.
