Ann Forrest Batterton

I grew up in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, and I’ve built my career around serving people across the state. I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1995 with a B.A. in Political Science, and in 1999 I earned my J.D. from the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law. Throughout my legal career, I’ve handled a wide range of workers’ compensation and personal injury matters, including automobile accidents and other injury claims. I’ve represented injured individuals seeking benefits and compensation, and I’ve also represented defendants in these cases. Working on both sides has given me valuable insight into how claims are evaluated, defended, and resolved. Today, I use that perspective to help clients make informed decisions and feel confident about the steps ahead. My goal is to provide practical guidance, honest answers, and committed representation from start to finish.
