Amy Sullivan Cahill

In the few dealings that I've had over my personal and professional life with attorneys, I can't say that customer service is at the top of their priority list. Oftentimes, I'd have to follow up with them because they "got busy" or they were "in court" or they were "just thinking of me and were getti...ng ready to email me." But that is not the case with Amy Cahill. Ms. Cahill and I have never met in person. I was referred to her. I was told that she was someone who could assist me in obtaining a copyright for my book. From the start, Ms. Cahill was responsive to my inquiry and subsequent emails. She was knowledgeable about the subject matter and clear and direct in her communications with me which is the way I like it. It is obvious, to me, that she prides herself on delivering the highest level of customer service to her clients. I was VERY impressed and am grateful that we were able to work together!!
