As a program of Compassionate Legal Services, Hitch & Hitch Mediation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to provide effective, fixed-low-cost mediation services to Southern Indiana and Louisville couples and families. Our Attorney-Mediators are licensed to practice law in Indiana and Kentucky, and they are here to help you navigate the entire divorce process: from initial filing to final settlement.

Whether you have already filed with the Court or whether you are simply considering your options, our goal is to empower you — to help you save money, save time, and save the emotional well-being of you and your children.

We are available for day, evening, and weekend appointments. We offer sliding scale rates for low-income clients, and no client is turned away.  We serve clients in Louisville, Jefferson County, Floyd County, Clark County, Harrison County, New Albany, Floyds Knobs, Greenville, Georgetown, Jeffersonville, Clarksville, Corydon, and the Louisville metro and Kentuckiana area.

Our services include family law matters such as divorce settlements, child custody agreements, co-parenting conflict resolution, relationship agreements, end-of-life & elder care decisions, and financial planning discussions.
