Duffy Trager handled my immigration process and what a great blessing he was to me and to my American husband. After a bad experience at another law firm my husband and I were referred to Russell Immigration by a long time friend. We were assigned to Duffy's caseload, and knew from the very first consult we had an excellent attorney. Duffy had direct answers to our questions about the immigration process with...out shuffling through papers or giving vague responses. Through the whole process he was confident, calm, truthful and reassuring. During one visit, I asked if someone could speak Spanish to my husband so he could fully understand what was being said, and without a blink Duffy began speaking fluent Spanish! We were amazed and relieved all at once. When it came time for us to go to Ciudad Juarez we were given a cell phone number so we could stay in direct contact. What a blessing! Going to Ciudad Juarez was stressful and frightening, but Duffy and his assistant Rebecca held our hands all the way. Every question, every concern was addressed prior to leaving. Not once did we feel we were just another client or what we asked was unimportant. Even when the US Consulate denied my husband's re-entry for a year Duffy was there for both of us - meeting with me as soon as I returned from Mexico and staying in touch with my husband abroad. When we returned to Ciudad Juarez this year (2016), again Duffy was part of each and every moment. My husband was approved, and returned to the States on 12/10/16! What a glorious moment!
