We hired him for EB GC. He didn’t care to inform us about steps and every time we had to poke him to get some updates. Eventually, it seems he is fired from the firm he was working, and he didn’t have the courtesy to tell us that he is no longer working on our case! Terrible, unprofessional attorne...y!

I hired him to do my NIW Green card process. I have a PhD degree in computer science and work in a high tech company in silicon valley. I contacted him during the final year of my PhD, and asked him to file an NIW case for me. We agreed on everything in September, and he started the process. He was ...terribly slow and finally filed my case at the end of February which was SIX months. After filing the case and being fully paid, he NEVER followed up with me about my case. Even though my resume was strong, my case took abnormally long time to be processed and he never cared about it to follow up. When the average processing time was six months, my case took more than 14 months. Shane didn't bother himself to raise a service request. Any time I emailed him about such thing, he wrote a few lines email such as "see this link". Since the process took a very long time, my company filed for O1 visa for me. It took our company's attorney about 2 weeks, comparing to 6 months for Shane, to file the case while the credentials are almost identical. Next my company filed for EB1 green card for me and it took them 1 week to file and get the approval from USCIS. When I compare Shane with the attorney that our company hired, it was waste of time and money to work with him. Finally my I140 form NIW got approved about TWO MONTHS ago, and I am pretty sure he received a copy of the approval notice, but he HAS NOT contacted me yet to see whether I want to file my I485 form or no. To conclude my review, I should summarize him as an attorney who does a terribly slow job, I wouldn't say crappy work. After the file is submitted and he is paid completely, he leaves you totally alone.
