Robert Mark Klein

Robert has been in the active, private practice of law in Louisville since 1978. In those years, he has gained a wide variety of experience in the areas of Trust and Estates, Business Organization, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Transactions and Litigation, Personal Injury, and Collections. Robert has courtroom experience to go along with his transactional experience. He has successfully represented clients in landlord and tenant disputes, guardianship proceedings, foreclosures, contract claims, will contests, and collection cases, among others. He writes wills, trusts and contracts to meet a wide range of needs. Robert can close your real estate transaction for you and provide title insurance coverage.

In addition to representing clients in these areas, Robert is fortunate to have highly-qualified colleagues that he works with to provide his clients with able representation in many other subjects, such as employment law, insurance litigation, and malpractice litigation.
