His responsibilities as a court-appointed attorney for children in dependency/neglect/abuse cases provides an extra advantage in handling your family law cases. Armand is an expert in criminal defense. In addition to his valuable negotiation skills, his trial preparation is first-rate, and he has conducted jury trials in both state and federal courts. During his career, he has handled numerous complex cases. He has successfully represented individuals in all forms of criminal cases, from traffic court to white-collar crime to murder.

Armand is a member of the Criminal Justice Act panel in the United States District Court for both the Western District of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana, where he is appointed to represent defendants in federal court. Armand’s CJA and Guardian Ad Litem work exhibit his commitment to the law and to representing people from all walks of life and all cultural backgrounds.

Armand has had a successful legal career. In addition to managing all aspects of practicing law, he is well-versed in what it takes to run a business, from human resources to payroll to building management. He is currently a member of the law firm of Lynch, Cox, Gilman & Goodman.

Armand is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Law and has a B.A. with honors from the University of Louisville. He is a member of the Kentucky and Louisville Bar Associations.

Outside the courtroom, Armand has served as volunteer legal counsel for the Louisville Jaycees, the Kentucky Jaycees, and the J. Graham Brown School. He has shared his knowledge as an adjunct professor at the University of Louisville Paralegal Studies Program, Sullivan College Paralegal Institute, and Watterson College Business School. He is a frequent guest lecturer at continuing education seminars for attorneys. His experience as an attorney for children serves him well in his volunteer position on the Board of Directors of the Home of the Innocents. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Peterson-Dumesnil House.
