I was involved in an extremely complex and litigious trust dispute involving numerous parties. After several years of litigation, the case was settled with a very successful outcome. We developed cr ... eative and detailed strategies that proved to be an excellent solution and produced successful results our client was hoping to achieve. Communication was key during the duration of the lawsuit, not only in timeliness, but inclusive to all the parties involved. Managing different levels of expectations and various levels of responsiveness was instrumental in this case. The stakes were very high for the client and we were challenged to meet their expectations every step of the way. It was an excellent experience working with them and we were very happy with the outcome for them.
