The occupant jumped ou ... t the back window and drove away from police. After being unable to stop the vehicle the police, with little investigation, recommended that H.U. be charged. We believed strongly that they were pinning the crimes of another on H.U. The matter went to trial in Dakota County and the jury came back Not Guilty less than an hour into deliberation.
