Mr. Dilworth was accused of Felony Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct, all of which were misdemeanor offenses. Said charges arose from an incident where Mr. Dilwort ... h allegedly attacked his roommate and hit him in the face with a lamp, which resulted in injury to the victim. After extensive negotiations, the District Attorney agreed to withdraw all Felony and Misdemeanor charges in lieu of a plea to a summary disorderly conduct citation. Mr. Dilworth was sentenced to pay a $100 fine.
