Biography
I practice as a private attorney, a mediator, and a prosecutor. My practice ranges from divorce and adoptions, to appeals, to evictions, litigation, small businesses, and collections. I am licensed in the Eastern and Western Districts of US District Court and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and I practice at all levels of Kentucky's court system. I have orally argued two cases at the Kentucky Supreme Court, and I have 5 published opinions.
I have experience working in state government and small law firms. Today, I am the owner of my own practice, and I also assist in the adminstration of justice in my hometown. I am a graduate of Chase Law School, Transylvania Unversity, and Shelby County High School. I am married to Wendy Graney, the Shelby Circuit Court Court Clerk. We live in rural Shelby County with our son, three dogs, and a cat.
