I am board certified as a civil trial and pretrial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. I am certified by the Suprem Court of Florida as a certified circuit and appellate mediator. As a trial lawyer, I have secured many settlements and judgments on behalf of injured persons and in cases involving business disputes, and malpractice (both legal and medical). I have lectured many times for various bar and trial associations on litigation techniques, have written numerous articles on the subject, and continue to do so. I am licensed in Kentucky and Florida, a past president of the Kentucky Justice Association, past board member of the American Association for Justice, member of the Milion Dollars Advocate Forum, member of Super Lawyers with special designation in business litigation.
