Guardianship for Motorcycle Accident Victim

OUTCOME: Guardianship obtained

I successfully represented a young woman who petitioned the court to be appointed as her brother's guardian. Her brother was badly injured in a motorcycle accident, which left him in a semi-conscious ... state and unable to communicate. Now that his sister is his guardian, she is able to make medical decisions for him, manage his affairs, and obtain government benefits on his behalf.
