Josh grew up on a cattle farm in Western Kentucky and enjoyed the pleasures of small-town life and a tightly knit community in Princeton, Kentucky until he graduated from Caldwell County High School in 2004. Afterward, Josh received a Presidential Scholarship to the University of Kentucky and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in English, cum laude. He went on to attend the University of Kentucky Rosenberg College of Law and received his Juris Doctorate in 2012.
Josh focuses his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law. From assisting young parents in making a plan to provide for their children, to helping senior clients qualify for Medicaid, Josh works with clients to create estate plans and life plans tailored to each person’s specific goals.
He also helps clients with a wide variety of important legal documents such Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Surrogate Designations, and Living Wills.
He lives in Shelbyville with his wife and daughter and is actively involved in the community. He currently serves as President of the Leadership Shelby board of directors, is a member of the Dorman Center board of directors, and attends the First Presbyterian Church of Shelbyville.
