After graduating from law school at the University of Dayton in 1990, I quickly became involved in high profile, complex litigation lawsuits. I have represented plaintiffs and served in a leadership role in various class action and multi-district litigation cases involving antitrust, consumer fraud, negligence, medical malpractice, and defective products. In 1999, I took a medical malpractice/bad faith case to trial in which the jury awarded over $13 million. This verdict remains one of the largest injury verdicts in Kentucky.
