Patrick Craig Lanham

Mr. Lanham is the owner of the Law Office of Patrick Lanham, located in Lebanon, Kentucky.  Patrick started this practice in 2013 after 8 years of service as a JAG attorney for the United States Army.  During those years of service, Patrick was both a Prosecutor and later a Defense Attorney assigned to represent Soldiers in hundreds of court-martial and/or administrative actions.

Mr. Lanham deployed once to Iraq as a Prosecutor for the 25th Infantry Division and later prosecuted cases in Hawaii as a trial counsel for both the 25th Infantry Division and the 8th Theater Support Command.  Mr. Lanham later served as Chief of Military Justice for the United States Army Recruiting Command and Senior Trial Counsel at Fort Bliss, Texas.  Mr. Lanham's last year and a half as a JAG attorney was with the Trial Defense Office in Fort Bliss, Texas, where he represented hundreds of clients facing Court-Martials or Administrative Separations.

Upon his departure from service, Mr. Lanham started his own practice in his hometown of Lebanon, Kentucky.  He has a general practice serving Central Kentucky in which he practices in Family Law (Divorce and Child Custody) and criminal defense.  Mr. Lanham continues his support for Service Members as he will defend those facing court-martial or administrative hearings.
