Represented a client and their family to navigate the effects of a removal order. The client departed the US after being ordered removed. Attorney Dennis advocated for a waiver of their inadmissibility ... . This allowed the client to apply to return to the US and marry their long-term significant other whom they had left behind, and later petition for the client's children. This case spanned many years, and the client being reunited with their family members in the US was the ultimate goal.
