OUTCOME: Plea to Reckless Driving

Client was stopped for taking a wide turn while turning left in a major intersection. He was pulled over in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant. He past one and failed on field sobriety testing ... . Eventually he took a breath test which was significantly over the legal limit. I was able to get the breath test results suppressed.
